ABS WORKOUT :: RUSSIAN tWIST

Here are the  steps  to performing Medicine Ball  Russian Twist :  1) Begin in a seated position with knees bent, feet off the floor and holding medicine ball in front of chest a few inches.  2)  Twist  the ball to your left hip bone, keeping body centered.  3)  Twist  the ball to your right hip bone, keeping body centered.

Abs Workout :: Jumping Jack

Jumping Jack Step  by  Step  Guide:    Stand with your feet together and your hands down by your side. In one motion  jump  your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head. Immediately reverse that motion by  jumping  back to the starting position.
